Description The Oakville Art Society exists with a charitable purpose to provide facilities and an environment where artistic skills can be developed and to encourage art appreciation. We provide art classes for adults and children of all ages during fall, winter, spring and summer. Bursaries are given to assist the community based on need. We facilitate presentation of local artwork through major art events each year by giving venues for artists to display.

OAS offers a wide variety of art related programs, which will appeal to people of all skill levels. There is space available for members to work on their creations and to socialize. Over the course of a year, hundreds of students, adult and children, will discover the tremendous joy and excitement found in artistic expression.
